EcoCash est présent sur tout le térritoire du Burundi grâce au déploiement des agents EcoCash et aux partenariats avec INTERBANK, FINBANK, KCB BANK, POSTES, COOPEC, MUTEC, KAZOZA.

Dans le but de continuer à donner satisfaction à sa chère clientèle, EcoCash a revu ses tarifs de transfert d’argent et de retrait d’argent.
Les nouveaux frais de retrait et de transfert d’argent sur EcoCash sont les suivants :

a)Normal biller Tariff (“Biller” grade)
b) Biller partners charged
Biller Charged
The payment done to that particular grade is charged 3% of paid amount and the fee is charged from the biller partner account.
Biller Charged 2
The payment done to that particular grade is charged 2.46% of paid amount and the fee is charged from the biller partner account.
Biller Charged 2 perc
The payment done to that particular grade is charged 2% of paid amount and the fee is charged from the biller partner account.
c) Free bill payment
The payments done to the biller accounts of Churches and affiliate organizations are free of charge.
3. Pay merchant tariffs
a) Normal Merchant ( “MER” grade)
b) “Silver Merchant” grade
The payments done to the “Silver Merchant” grade are referring to payments made to particular partners who are charged a commission of 2.97% of collected payments in addition to the fees charged to customers.
4. Banking Services Tariffs
a. Wallet 2 Bank charges

There is no charges from EcoCash side, the charges depend on the banks who are applied on their core banking systems.
5. Airtime to Money
The customer is charged of a commission of 11% for each airtime conversion with the possibility to convert from 1,000Bif up to 30,000Bif per day and 210,000Bif per month.
6. UMUKOPO
The loan is payable in a 2 weeks period.
7. ECOSURE
The customer pays 1,500Bif (Basic) or 2,500Bif (Standard) a month depending on the nature of his subscription.
